Instructions
1: Add cubed salmon and all seasoning to a bowl and mix together. 2: In a pan on medium high heat, add olive oil and butter and cook salmon until it develops a beautiful crust. 3: In a pot over medium heat, add olive oil and onions until onions start to caramelize. 4: Add the rice and all other ingredients to the pot and let it get to a gentle boil. 5: Keep stirring occasionally until most of the water is absorbed by the rice. 6: When that happens, turn the heat down to a low simmer and cover your rice. 7: Let cook for an additional 15-20 minutes. 8: Create the chipotle sauce by combining all ingredients in a bowl. 9: Assemble the wrap by placing down the sauce, rice, salmon, tomato, cucumber, and top with more sauce. 10: Add wrap to a pan, toast, and enjoy!View original recipe
