What you need

tsp dry mustard

tsp sugar

tsp onion powder

ciabatta bread

cup purple cabbage

tbsp chili powder

cup beef broth

tsp black pepper

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tsp kosher salt

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp cider vinegar

cup mayo

tsp smoked paprika

tsp garlic powder

tbsp white vinegar

tbsp brown sugar

onion

cup green cabbage

tsp celery seed

lb short ribs

clove garlic clove

carrot

tbsp mustard powder

cup cooking oil
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 325°F. 2: Mix together seasonings in a small bowl. Reserve a 1/4 of the seasonings. 3: Season all sides of the meat. 4: In a Dutch oven over medium high heat, add 1 Tbsp neutral oil and sear meat on all sides, remove, and set aside. 5: In the same pot, add tomato paste and cook for about 2 minutes. 6: Add onions, beef broth, and BBQ sauce and mix. 7: Add remaining 1/4 seasonings and garlic cloves, mix. 8: Add beef back into pot, cover, and place in preheated oven for 3 hours and 30 minutes. 9: Remove meat and shred in a sheet pan. 10: Broil meat for about 2-3 minutes, until slightly crispy. 11: For dipping sauce, immersion blend the remaining liquids and onions in the Dutch oven. 12: For slaw, add all slaw ingredients to a bowl and mix.View original recipe
