Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and add onion, bell pepper, green beans, and sausage. 2: Add 2 Tbsp olive oil and 2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning. Mix until everything is evenly coated. 3: Spread out vegetables and sausage evenly and cook for 16 minutes. 4: In a bowl, add shrimp and mix with 1 tsp olive oil, 2 tsp Cajun seasoning, and 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning. 5: Add shrimp to the sheet pan and cook for another 6 minutes until shrimp is fully cooked. 6: In a medium saucepan, add water and salt, and bring to a boil. Add orzo and cook until al dente. Drain. 7: In the same saucepan over very low heat, add corn and orzo. Add olive oil, basil, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.View original recipe
