What you need

cup arugula

cup parsley

oz old bay seasoning
tsp italian seasoning

lemon zest
lb shrimp

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp unsalted butter

pepper

lb spaghetti

tbsp olive oil

shallot
cup pasta water

cup fresh tomatoes

tsp red pepper flake

clove garlic clove

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1: In a large pot, cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. 2: Drain the pasta but reserve 1/3 cup of pasta water. 3: In a large pan, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. 4: Add the red pepper flakes, garlic, and shallots, and cook until fragrant. 5: Season shrimp with old bay seasoning and add to the same pan; cook until shrimp starts to turn pink. 6: Add lemon zest, Italian seasoning, and remaining 4 tablespoons of butter; stir until butter is melted. 7: Add tomatoes and cook for about a minute. 8: Add the pasta to the pan with the Parmesan and parsley; season with salt and pepper to taste. 9: Add lemon juice, remove from heat, and add arugula.
