tbsp rice vinegar

tsp sesame oil

tsp corn starch

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp frying oil

cup cabbage

tbsp hoisin sauce

celery sticks
Instructions
1: Chop all ingredients. 2: Boil noodles according to package directions, about 90 seconds. 3: Quickly drain and run noodles under cold water to stop from overcooking. Set aside. 4: In a large skillet with frying oil, cook shrimp over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. 5: Remove shrimp and set aside. 6: In the same skillet, add more oil and sauté scallions for about 30 seconds. 7: Add mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes. 8: Add garlic, celery, and cabbage, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 9: Add broccoli and carrots, and sauté for another 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 10: Add shrimp back to the skillet along with the noodles. 11: Mix and then add sauce.
