Instructions
1: Mix shrimp sauce ingredients: mayo, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, Worcestershire sauce. 2: Prepare dry batter by mixing cornstarch, salt, and pepper. 3: In another bowl, mix egg batter ingredients: eggs, salt, and pepper. 4: In a separate bowl, combine avocado mixture ingredients: avocados, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. 5: Prepare coleslaw by mixing coleslaw sauce ingredients in a bowl, then adding to the vegetables and mixing well. 6: Dry shrimp and dip into egg batter, then into dry batter until fully coated. 7: Heat frying oil in a pan to 350°F and cook shrimp until golden brown. 8: Remove shrimp and coat with shrimp sauce. 9: Heat corn tortillas and assemble tacos with avocado mixture, coleslaw, and shrimp. 10: Top with microgreens and enjoy!View original recipe
