What you need

tsp black pepper

bunch cilantro

cup water

oz cotija cheese

tsp salt
tsp dried oregano

tsp cumin

clove garlic clove

corn tortilla

Instructions
1: In a medium bowl or large ziplock bag, add skirt steak and seasonings, and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. 2: While steak is marinating, combine all ingredients for the avocado lime sauce in a blender and blend until smooth. 3: Chop and prepare all toppings. 4: Cook steak in a heavy bottom pan, preferably cast iron, or griddle. 5: Slice steak into cubes. 6: Assemble your taco and enjoy!View original recipe
