Delicious sliders made with 80/20 ground beef, seasoned and cooked with onions, topped with cheese, lettuce, pickles, and special sauce all served on Hawaiian rolls.

What you need

lb ground beef

cup mayo

tbsp dill pickle

tbsp yellow mustard

tsp paprika

head iceberg lettuce

tbsp red wine vinegar

tsp garlic powder

tbsp ketchup

pepper

onion

tsp onion powder

hawaiian sweet rolls

oz cheddar cheese
Instructions
1: Season hamburgers with salt and pepper. 2: Divide the beef into 10 small sliders. 3: In a pan, add oil and cook onions until fragrant. 4: Divide onions into 10 small piles. 5: Place hamburger patties on top of each onion pile. 6: Slightly smash burgers. 7: Flip over and cook until desired doneness. 8: Slightly toast each Hawaiian roll. 9: Add a small cheese slice to each burger and let melt. 10: Assemble burgers by placing sauce, 1 pickle slice, and lettuce on each bottom bun, then add hamburger patties and top buns.View original recipe
