Delicious smash burgers made from 80/20 ground beef and topped with crispy hash browns, cheddar cheese, and a special sauce. What you need

lb ground beef

tbsp avocado oil

tbsp flour

tsp garlic powder

onion

tbsp dill pickle

tbsp ketchup

tsp paprika

tsp salt

cup mayo

pepper

tsp onion powder
egg

brioche buns

tbsp yellow mustard

russet potato

pickle

Instructions
1: Form the beef into even sized balls. 2: Place in a pan and smash down with a spatula until thin. Season with salt and pepper. 3: Cook until crispy, then place sliced onions on top of the beef patties and flip. 4: Cook until crispy, then add cheese. 5: For the sauce, mix mayo, mustard, ketchup, chopped dill pickle, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl. 6: Shred potatoes and rinse until water is clear, then drain and squeeze the water out. 7: In a bowl, mix potatoes with onion, egg, and flour. 8: Form even sized balls with the potato mixture. 9: Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 10: Place potatoes in the pan and smash down with a spatula, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper before and after flipping. 11: Assemble the burger by spreading sauce on the bottom bun, then add pickles, a hamburger patty, hash browns, and another patty. 12: Add sauce to the top bun and enjoy!View original recipe
