Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: In a large bowl, combine beef, Italian sausage, onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. 3: Add eggs and mix until combined. 4: Add panko and mix until combined. 5: Roll the mixture into medium sized meatballs (this should make about 24 meatballs). 6: Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and roast for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through. 7: In a pot, boil pasta until al dente. 8: In a large pan over medium low heat, add olive oil, garlic cloves, and red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant. 9: Add basil and peeled tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. 10: Add meatballs to the sauce and simmer for about 4 minutes. 11: Once completed, add pasta and mix, adding 1/3 cup of pasta water if desired. 12: Top with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
