
Spicy Mango Chicken Wings

What you need

yellow onion

tsp onion powder

red bell pepper

tsp smoked paprika

yellow bell pepper

tsp black pepper

cup pineapple juice

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tbsp baking powder

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. 2: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and add a wire rack. Spray rack with non-stick spray. 3: Use paper towels to pat wings dry and place them in a large bowl. 4: Add all chicken ingredients and mix until fully coated. 5: Arrange wings on rack, skin side up. 6: Bake on the middle oven rack for 22 minutes. 7: Flip wings and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, depending on desired crispiness. 8: While chicken is cooking, add 1 Tbsp olive oil to a saucepan and sauté onions and peppers for about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. 9: Add all sauce ingredients (except butter) to the pan and bring to a simmer. 10: Stir occasionally and continue to simmer until sauce thickens (around 35 minutes). 11: Add onions and peppers to the sauce and mix. 12: Once the sauce reaches desired consistency, add butter and mix. 13: In a bowl, toss wings in sauce until fully coated. 14: Serve with rice and enjoy!View original recipe
