Instructions
1: Cook rigatoni or ziti pasta until almost al dente. 2: In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasonings, egg, and parsley. Mix until fully combined. Set aside. 3: In a skillet, heat olive oil. Add diced onion, salt, and pepper. Cook until translucent. 4: Add Calabrian chili paste and Italian seasoning. Mix well. 5: Add ground chicken to the skillet and cook until fully cooked. Set aside. 6: In a saucepan, combine chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, smoked paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Calabrian chili paste, and Parmesan cheese. Whisk occasionally until the sauce thickens (10-20 minutes). 7: Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
