cup heavy cream

Instructions
1: Sous vide the steak at 133° for 1.5 hours. 2: Sear the steak over medium-high heat on each side, basting with butter to finish. 3: For mashed potatoes, in a small pot, add crushed garlic, heavy cream, and milk; simmer on low for about 10 minutes. 4: Remove garlic with a strainer, set aside the liquid. 5: Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash in a bowl. 6: Mix in butter and combined milk mixture until creamy, adding chives and seasoning to taste. 7: For lobster tails, mix all seasoning ingredients and spread over lobster tails, reserving 1/3 of the mixture. 8: Broil the lobster tails on high heat for 4 minutes, applying reserved mixture towards the end.View original recipe
