What you need

tsp sugar

tsp soy sauce

carrot

cup jasmine rice

tsp oyster sauce

tbsp water

tsp salt

tsp baking soda

tsp white pepper

onion

bunch scallion

tbsp sesame seed

clove garlic clove

oz chuck roast

tbsp avocado oil

Instructions
1: In a large bowl, mix together all marinade ingredients, except for avocado oil. Add beef, fully coating all sides. Let marinate for at least 1 hour. 2: Add avocado oil to a wok and cook beef until cooked through and lightly charred. Remove and set aside. 3: In the same wok, add 2 Tbsp butter and let melt. Add garlic, onions, carrots, and green peas. Cook until onions are softened and translucent. 4: Add rice and mix. Cook for 1 minute and push the rice to the side. 5: Add 1 Tbsp of avocado oil and eggs. Scramble eggs and cook almost all the way. Mix with the rice. 6: Add soy sauce, salt, white pepper, and sesame seeds. Mix to combine. 7: Add the beef back and mix. Add another 2 Tbsp of softened butter, let melt, mix, and cook for 2 minutes. 8: Mix in scallions and cook for another minute. Top with more chopped scallions and enjoy!View original recipe
