Instructions
1: For the steak, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. For medium doneness, sous vide at 133°F for 1.5 hours. 2: Sear the steak over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side, basting with butter. 3: For mashed potatoes, in a pot, add crushed garlic, heavy cream, and milk. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. 4: Strain the garlic. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash with butter and the milk mixture. Stir in chives and season with salt and pepper. 5: For brussel sprouts, preheat the oven to 400°F.
