Instructions
1: Cut challah bread into 1-1.5 inch thick slices. 2: Create a hole on one side of each bread slice using a skewer without puncturing through. 3: In a medium bowl, cut strawberries and add sugar. Mix and let it sit for 15 minutes to form syrup. 4: In another bowl, combine the filling ingredients and mix until creamy. 5: In a separate bowl, combine batter ingredients and mix well. 6: Fill a baking bag with the filling and squeeze it into the holes of the bread slices, being careful not to overstuff. 7: Transfer the French toast batter to a casserole dish and coat each piece of bread in the mixture. 8: Heat about 2-3 tablespoons of butter in a pan and cook each piece for about 3-4 minutes on each side. 9: Serve with blueberries, strawberry topping, syrup, and powdered sugar.View original recipe
