Instructions
1: Season chicken with salt and pepper. 2: Cook chicken in a skillet until internal temperature reaches 165°. 3: In a separate skillet, heat olive oil and cook minced garlic and ginger for about 2-3 minutes on medium-low heat. 4: Add soy sauce, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, brown sugar, and ground black pepper. Whisk together and let simmer for about 5-6 minutes until the mixture reduces. 5: Add water and let simmer for about 3 more minutes. 6: Stir in cornstarch until it forms a thick consistency. 7: Add cooked chicken to the sauce, coating each piece thoroughly. 8: Prepare the slaw by chopping the red and green cabbage and cilantro. Add them to a bowl. 9: In a jar, combine garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and ginger.
