What you need

tsp kosher salt

tsp black pepper

cup water

tbsp brown sugar

yellow onion

cup fresh parsley

clove garlic

lb ground beef

tsp sesame oil
tbsp cornstarch

cup soy sauce

tbsp honey

tsp ginger
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients together until well incorporated. 3: Add the eggs and mix until just combined, then mix in the panko. 4: Form the mixture into 1-ounce balls (about 2 tablespoons). 5: Place onto a baking pan and bake for 16-18 minutes. 6: To make the sauce, add 1 cup water, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger in a pan over medium heat. 7: In a bowl, combine cornstarch with the 1/4 cup cold water and whisk until dissolved. 8: Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and cook sauce until it thickens. 9: Place cooked meatballs in the pan and cover with sauce. 10: Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions and enjoy!View original recipe
