What you need

oz tuna

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt
tsp dried oregano

tsp pepper

celery stalk

bunch basil leaves

splash lemon juice

sourdough bread

tbsp fresh parsley

cup mayo

tbsp butter

tsp red pepper flake

hass avocado
hardboiled egg

bunch mixed baby greens
Instructions
1: Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 2: Place eggs in boiling water. Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. 3: Remove eggs and place in ice cold water for about 15 minutes. Crack and peel eggs. 4: In a medium-sized bowl, mix tuna, eggs, mayo, celery, basil, parsley, onion, and seasonings along with lemon juice. Set aside. 5: Mash the avocados and season with salt and pepper to taste. 6: Toast thick pieces of sourdough bread. 7: Spread the avocado onto the toast.
