What you need

cup red onion

can tuna

tsp garlic powder

oz frying oil

tsp salt
tsp dried oregano

tsp pepper

cup mayo

celery stalk

bunch basil leaves

splash lemon juice

tbsp fresh parsley

tsp red pepper flake

hass avocado
hardboiled egg
Instructions
1: In a small pot, heat 3/4 cup of oil. 2: Add shallot slices over medium-low heat and fry for about 20 minutes. 3: In a pot, boil eggs and set aside in ice cold water for about 15 minutes. 4: Crack and peel eggs. 5: In a medium-sized bowl, mix tuna, eggs, mayo, celery, basil, parsley, onion, seasonings, and lemon juice. 6: Slice avocados in half and spray with oil. 7: Grill avocados for about 3 minutes and then remove. 8: Add tuna mixture to the avocados and top with fried shallot slices.View original recipe
